By using the HORCARATE platform, you agree to the following terms.

The service

HORCARATE is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables businesses to collect and analyze customer feedback and manage service recovery.

Accounts

Business accounts are created by HORCARATE after an application. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and staff PINs confidential and for all activity under your account.

Free trial, plans and cancellation

New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. Plans are billed monthly. There are no setup fees or long-term contracts, and you can cancel at any time. Plan prices are listed on our website.

Your responsibilities

Businesses using the platform are responsible for processing the data they collect in accordance with applicable laws, including informing their customers where required. You may not use the platform to collect sensitive information, to send unsolicited messages or for any unlawful purpose.

Customer reviews

The platform does not filter or gate public reviews, and service recovery offers are never conditioned on leaving a review.

Intellectual property

The HORCARATE software, brand and content remain the property of HORCARATE. Your feedback data belongs to your business.

Limitation of liability

HORCARATE is not responsible for the accuracy of content submitted through the platform. The service is provided "as is," to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction.
